I have been licensed in real estate since 1982 and worked full-time in the profession since then as a salesperson,  a manager for a large national company, a partner and manager for a local franchise of an international real estate franchiser, and since 2001 as an independent broker.

I chose to become an independent broker in order to focus more on my family and my services to my customers and clients, without the social  and interpersonal distractions that exist in large brokerages. This permits me to have a wide degree of flexibility in my product offerings, availability to family and clients, and time management, luxuries that were not available in management.

I have been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1981 and have worked full time as a salesperson concentrating on Oakville until I entered Management in 1990.  Since then I have managed both an independent company and a large franchised company with three offices.

During my thirteen years of management my time was taken up with assisting other agents 7 days a week 24 hours a day. I have now decided that the time has come to devote time to my personal clients and the many Buyers and Sellers they refer to me instead of referring them to other agents to deal with.

 I chose to join Peter Tulloch because of  his reputation, expertise and integrity.
